Terms of Use
We believe in radical clarity. These terms define the parameters of our shared sanctuary, ensuring mutual respect and appropriate expectations for every interaction.
Nature of the service
Open Line is a peer-to-peer listening architecture designed for human connection. It is essential to understand that Open Line is not therapy, professional counseling, or medical intervention.
Our facilitators are trained in active empathy, not clinical diagnosis. We do not provide mental health treatment, crisis stabilization, or medical advice of any kind.
"We provide a space for reflection, not a prescription for recovery."

Availability & Response
Our sanctuary operates on a principle of intentional presence. This is not an instant-messaging or 24/7 on-demand service.
Human-Centered Hours
Sessions are strictly bound by pre-scheduled hours. We do not offer immediate response times for spontaneous inquiries.
No Crisis Support
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening crisis, please contact emergency services. We cannot provide emergency triage.
Mutual Integrity
The foundation of Open Line is a shared commitment to these ethical boundaries.
