No. Open Line is a peer-to-peer connection platform designed for active listening and emotional support. We are not a medical service or professional therapy provider.
How does billing appear?
To maintain your privacy, transactions appear as "OL SERVICE" on your statement. We prioritize discretion and security in every interaction.
Can I switch listeners?
Yes. While we encourage consistency, we understand that connection matters. You can request a different listener at any time, no questions asked.
What if I'm in crisis?
Open Line is not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We can support you, but not in emergencies.
